Subscription & renewal terms

Free trial
- Each new agency account is eligible for one 14-day free trial of a paid plan.
- A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- We will email you a reminder at least 3 days before your trial ends, stating the plan, the amount that will be charged, and the charge date.
Automatic renewal
- If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your card is charged the monthly price of your selected plan.
- Your subscription then renews automatically every month on the same day, and your card is charged the then-current monthly price until you cancel.
- We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by emailing hello@sentravaai.com.
- If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel after a paid period has started, your access continues until the end of that period and you will not be charged again. Partial months are not refunded unless required by law.
Plan changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you exceed the website limit of a lower plan, you will be asked to reduce monitored websites first.
